Please help! My husband and I need a king size bed. We can't sleep on a queen. He's a bed hog! We're traveling with my DS 7. Just wondering if any resorts can accomidate us. thanks for any help!

The only place with a kingsized bed and additional sleeping space would be a DVC one bedroom villa. King sized bed in the master bedroom and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. All other king sized bed rooms are limited to two persons. Unless the Swan or Dolphin has something.

We have exactly the same problem. We have done this successfully at POR, ASMu and ASMo. While we did it at POP, they were not happy about our request. You have to pay a fee per night for the roll-away. When you make your reservation you can tell the cast member.

We have this same problem. At home we have a king size bed and really don't want to sleep in anything smaller. I was told by Disney that we could not have a roll away bed in a room that was just designed for a king bed due to fire code limitations. In other words, we would have to book a king room that also has a sleeper sofa in it. I do not believe you can book a plain king room for 3 persons, just 2.

We ended up renting points from a DVC member for OKW for a studio room. It came out a lot cheaper and at least we have a queen size bed. I do believe, however, that the 1 bedroom units have a king size bed in them. You might try this route.

Some rooms at the Contemporary and Animal Kingdom Lodge have K bed and day bed...it think it's because the rooms are larger. Maybe some of the other Deluxe resorts too.
