King beds at Riverside

DH and I have a quick 2 night Anniversary getaway planned for mid October at POR. We booked a king bed, and I'd like to make a building request. Do all the buildings have king rooms? I'd like a building close to the main building is possible.

In Magnolia Bend (the mansions), Parterre Place and Oak Manor don't have king beds because they are all princess rooms. They are the closest to the bridge to the lobby/food court though. Acadian House and Magnolia Terrace have a bridge between them that takes you to the pool area and then a short walk over to the lobby. These buildings will have some king beds.

The Bayous area likely has king beds interspersed throughout and you can book a preferred location in this area. If you book preferred you are guaranteed a room in the Bayou area as there are no preferred rooms in the mansions.
