Does anyone know if you have to pay extra for a king bed room at PO-R?

According to the price lists for the moderates you do pay extra for a king bed room. Usually a water view and a king bed room run the same price.

You do have to pay extra ($10-$15 a night). Some people report just requesting one at check in, but that is not guaranteed and depends on the mood of the CM you get

Depending on when you book, there is the chance of a free upgrade to a king room...but you have to ask nicely if any are available. You have to specifically mention it, as CRO will not bring it up if you don't ask. Also, make sure you say "FREE upgrade", otherwise you do risk being charged for a king room. I have been told that people have asked for the free upgrade as late as check-in, and have been lucky enough to get it. PO-R has a limited number of king rooms, and I believe they are all corner rooms. Hope this helps!
