Does anyone know if King Beds are available at the All Stars?? My husband is tall and a double bed is just too short. Would like to stay here because of the rate but not if he'll be uncomfortable. Seeing as I had to twist his arm for this vacation, I don't want him to be cranky because of no sleep.
Thanks!

I think there are a limited number of king bed rooms, so you have to request it, but it's not guaranteed. If you really want a king bed room, go with one of the moderate resorts, where you can specifically reserve a king bed room.

King beds are available at the All Stars, but they are all in handicapped rooms. You can request a king for "non-handicapped" reasons and you might just get one with grab bars near the toilet and tub and not one with a roll-in shower.

My DH is 6'6. We never requested one, but when we checked into AssP in 9/01, they gave us one!!!!!! it was just such a nice treat!!!
