Kindergarten Report Card ???

Today DS got his first real report card, and Im very pleased with it. I was a little nervous about his behavior since he doesnt listen to me at home anymore. But anyway, Im not sure of what one of the categories means. Under "Motor Skills", it says "Uses Fine Muscles Well". Does anyone know what exactly a "fine muscle" is?

...is what many schools call fine-motor skills such as: Writing, coloring, painting, drawing, and using scissors (Hand-eye coordination).
