Kindergarten Graduation

I want to make my 5 year old DGD a shirt to wear on our Disney vacation in August. She will have her kind. graduation from St. Michael's school and just a few weeks later we will tour the world I made shirts for her sister and her sister's best friend for their starting their senior year the Disney way, and now I would like one for Mia.
Anyone willing to take this request on? I would so appreciate it.Thank you so much

This is pretty basic. Does she have any favorite characters that you'd prefer to Mickey? Did you want the name of the school or her name on it? I can change grad cap and text colors.

Oh, Beth I love this!! Well, she really loves Snow White. She goes to a Catholic school and her little cap will be blue as the uniforms are light blue, tan, white and navy. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your help with this litte surprise for Mia..I can just see her smile now. Thank you so very much for giving me a little pixie dust

Oh shoot, I can print them as they are smooshy...and distorted..any ideas?

Which program are you using to print them? They are saved as 8.5 x 11 and are high resolution, so they should print ok. I just tried inserting one from my computer into Word, and I didn't have a problem. Can you stretch it out to the correct size? Does it look distorted if you stretch it?

Ok, I just tested it by downloading the one from here instead of using what I have saved on my computer. It did come up squished, but I was able to stretch it to the proper size without losing any resolution. I do not know why it comes up squished. Could it be something I do when I put it on Photobucket? If you cannot get it to work, I can try to e-mail them to you.

It's stretched to the point of being distorted..I will retry to download it again..I did try again and I was able to print 1 without any stretchy or distortion. So, for that I am please and again, Beth, thank you so much Now to get a shirt for her...Have a magical day

When I tried to put the one in from Photobucket into Word, it was distorted because the width was correct but the length was not. When I pulled it down to the correct length, it looked right again. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to explain it or why it's happening. I only print straight from Photoshop, so it's hard for me to troubleshoot this.

I am glad that you were able to get one to print.

I have spent the last hour or so trying different combinations to try to figure this out. I've tried saving at different resolutions/sizes. I have opened the design in Photoshop, Printshop, and Word. It only seems to get squished in Word and only when it comes from Photobucket, not when I use the original.

I can get it to the proper proportions in Word by stretching it, but I do not know why it isn't correct in the first place.

I have tried another DISigners JPEGs from Photobucket, and those seem to open correctly even in Word. I'm really at a loss for what can be wrong.

I may have my husband look at it tonight, or I may start a thread to see if someone has any clue what I am doing wrong.

In any case, I am glad that you were able to print one of the designs out.
