Kinder Eggs

We love Kinder eggs. My husband used to bring them back from Germany from business trips. We found them in Canada. We live in Metro Detroit area and would used to get them in Winsor for the kids Easter every year. Two years ago we got pulled over at the border and claimed them (as we have in the past) and they gave us a choice to take them back to the store or they would confiscate them. They said they were a choking hazard and weren't allowed. So we took them back. They do have giant ones at Easter over in Canada and they let us bring those over. So no more Kinder egg hunts for us. We have so many memories of the kids sitting for hours putting together those cool toy and playing with them. It is the simple things in life.

Our kids love Kinder Surprises. As others have said the chocolate is nothing special but the toys are amazing.

Kinder Eggs are available here in Ontario. Walmart sells them in 3 packs. Costco sells them by the case (24 / case).

Wow. I guess I should consider myself a lucky gal! We have them everywhere! Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, anywhere you find chocolate bars. I always give the chocolate away. It is good but I am really just after the toy!

They are in all of the chain grocery shops in Australia. So when Pete has finished moaning about the lack of wifi, and he gets to Sydney

He can go buy them as souvies for the crew. Either that or bottle openers made of kangaroo testicles
