Kinda OT: Disney Electronics at Circuit City - get MP Credit too!

Hi everyone,

You guys have GOT to go get one of the Disney Portable Phones from Circuit City. We got one earlier this week and it is one of the greatest pick me ups I have ever had.

There are two different ones right now.

Mickey Mouse
Ringtones:
Mickey Mouse March
It's A Small World
Zip a De Doo Dah
Mickey Singing

Princess
Ringtones:
Beauty and the Beast
Bibity Bobity Boo
Under the Sea
Ariel Singing

We got the Mickey one and I have it alternating between IASM and Zip. Everytime the phone rings I get a HUGE smile on my face. (My mother's house burnt down a couple of weeks ago, with hers and my stuff and our family pets inside; and we haven't had much to smile about lately) This thing has really helped me.

Other things they have are:
Alarm Clocks, DVD Players, TVs (with speakers and ears!), Portable Radios and Boom Boxes.

Some of this stuff comes in the Buzz theme too, but not the phone. Hopefully they will have one soon.

MyPoints has Circuit City on their list and right now there is FREE SHIPPING!

I saw these phones online right after I had purchased a new phone!! Oh well next one will be Mickey!!

We are thinking of purchasing the princess one too. Thay way there will be one for DH and one for me! LOL

I had forgot you had posted about these and was looking for the amazon post when I ran across your post again.


I was thinking of the same thing buying the princess one.Since I love purple LOL Wish they would do a villians one though!!! lol



Only complaint about the phone is that it is so sensititive that I hang up on people sometimes by accident.

I just called my Dad (who is a CM) and told him about this phone, I actually asked him why he didn't have one! LOL...They have everything Disney in their house!

Anyway, he just ordered one, so I can't wait to see it...I will have to buy one myself, they are just so cute!!

I totally understand about the sensative thing, I do that all the time. These phones are so not for those of us who talk with the phone on our shoulder, while doing other things. LOL.

I really wish they would have a Buzz one, so I understand about the villans. That is such a funny thought, I could see the qote "The Quicked Ween, I mean the Wicked Queen!" as being the page voice! LOL

Even better a theme park one, these things could grow to be something to collect, I know they have us hooked. Could you imagine - A Pirates Life for me, One little Spark, Grim Grinning Ghosts, etc. I love the IASW, but we find outselves drawn to Zip.

I am going through a purple phase myself and the princess phone will be one of the next things we purchase. (We just booked the GF in Aug, so that may have to wait a while.) Gee do I have my priorities mixed up or what? LOL

This is the total Wish I were at Disney thing I have ever owned, I totally suggest it to anyone. Everytime the phone rings, I get a little smile and we even find ourselves wishing that the sales people would call, just so we can hear it ring. LOL

I really want this phone! I always come so close to buying one then I dont. DIdn't have enough money at Target the first time, then I received a $30 gift card from amazon.com and thought that I would buy it there but since it was a third party item (from Circuit City) I couldn't use the card. I'm just going to end up buying it eventually!
