Hey guys!
Marie - I've been too busy posting on your journal to post on mine! And someone yelled at me to get back to work yesterday & stop posting

.
Scott - thanks for the advice. I'll be staying at 4 miles as my long run for a few weekends and then I'll try a little further. I'm honestly not all that worried about my time right now, but I like to log it just to be able to look back on.
Amy - I'm so glad you're back! It's a bummer that we can't do the 10K together...but we'll find another race!
Tracy - thanks as always for your continued support. You're always a welcome ray of sunshine!
Wendy - I appreciate you stopping by, too. I'm constantly amazed at the outpouring of friendship on the WISH boards.
Jamie - it's good to hear from ya! Thanks for coming by!
Jen - where've you been? Where's my DISmeet buddy??
Well, since Marie called me on it...No, I hadn't run since Sunday...until today. I ran 3.2 miles in 33.30 minutes. So I shaved off 30 seconds from my last run. Honestly I felt like I was really going fast today...so I was a tad surprised when I was only 30 seconds faster...but I'm ok with it. Like I said to Scott above, I'm honestly not torturing myself over times. I do check the time when I'm done running, but that's it. If I do run the 3.2 miles in say 40 minutes at this point, then I'd focus on what's going on and fix it. Besides that, it's all about getting out there and putting in the steps.
So, Marie...week 1 of my challenge is almost over, and I have 2 days to get another run in. I'm so glad you gave me this challenge. I needed it!!!
