Thanks, Marie for everything. I feel like I'm wimping out with not running at all, but like you said - I need to make sure I'm more than 100% healthy...or risk yet another setback. (not that I'm blaming running the little bit I have since Christmas for keeping me sick...but in a way it makes sense)
Here's how today actually panned out:
Nope, I didn't wake up & hit the treadmill. Woke up, saw there was snow outside, and even though it was warm inside the house - I climbed right back into my warm bed and caught another 1/2 hour of sleep!

3/4 cup ceral w/8oz skim milk
lunch
salad w/chicken & red wine vinegar
lite yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
dinner
12 veggie chicken nuggets (not too bad - just REALLY small & REALLY spicy)
celery w/natural peanut butter
drinks
60 oz. water
16 oz. decaf unsweet green tea
OH, and have I mentioned that my house is girl scout cookie central??? UGH...I'm making myself wait until AFTER my weigh-in on Thursday to have any. I'm.......almost........there.

30 minute speed walk on treadmill
100 crunches
20 pushups
10 chair dips (can't think of a better name)
whew, I'm beat...how 'bout you?
....one last note. Doesn't it seem WRONG that the Miss America pageant is on tv on a MONDAY, and it's only 1.5 hours long, and they'll crown the new winner at 9:30??? It's just not like the old days.
