Me too -- I've read a little - that basically its low carb, low fat, low calorie.
I have no doubt that this would result in weight loss -but what I've read on other forums (as well as the latest issue of SELF) is that when you start eating carbs again - you will quickly regain your weight . . . actually, I did low carb and lost 30 pounds in 2 months - but as I added carbs back - I gained all my weight back plus... don't know if this was because I was eating more (unconsciously) or because of the carbs...
