Could anyone tell me about the Kim Possible Adventure at EPCOT. What age group is this best suited for and what does it consist of? Is it worth a try? One of my DD(9) wants to do this and I'm sure the others would want to try this out also. Would they work as a team or separate? Any info would be great!!

Thanks

My dd's are 14 and 12 and LOVED it as did my sister and I. We did a couple together and then the girls did 2 by themselves. I would say its great for every age but younger children (under 5/6ish?) may need some help.

They give you this cell phone type thing that gives you directions. There is a gps in it, so that when you find the next thing they are looking for, sometimes cool things willl move or they say, ok, great you found it. We piloted it in November with a just turned 9 girl and a 6 year old girl. It is very time consuming. The 6 year old grew bored within 5 min or so... my 9 year old lasted about 15... then we turned them back in. I think the age group would be like 10 and up.... although maybe it was just my girls. We won't be trying it again this year.

Time consuming - like how long? Has anyone every finished it? Do you get anything at the end or just that you finished?

Thanks:)

The miissions we did a few weeks ago took about 20 minutes.

To get your communicator you have to go the kiosk in the morning, swipe your park admission (like getting a FP) and you get your return time and country. When your return time comes around you go to that country and get your commuicator and do a quick orientation, maybe 5 mintues. Then the communicator tells you which Epcot country your mission is in, head there and do your mission. If you liked the experience you can do another - your choice. If so the communicator will give you a choice of countries for your next mission. If not just return the communicator and your done.

Thanks for the info. We might give it try. Don't know if she'll like it unless we give it a try, right?

Great info, was thinking of trying this with my girls ages 12, 12, 6. We do Geocaching at home and it sounds very similar. Do you get anything when you are done?

We just did one last week. It was great fun! You work as a team....basically, you sign up, and they assign you a starting place, and a time (you can show up anytime that day AFTER the time on your slip). We started in Italy, and 90% of our mission was in Germany.:thumbsup2

We had an absolute blast....Mom, Dad, and two girls, 10 & 6.

We hoped to squeeze in another mission while there, but simply ran out of time.

It's definitely on our to-do list for next trip!:cool1:
