What is all included in the club concierge? Before we continue to keep looking at BLT. My father would like to know what it is included in club concierge level. Thanks

Mostly food in the lounge:

Various foods throughout the day. Continental breakfast (pastries, cereals, etc.), various lunch dishes and soups, changed out for new stuff every few hours.

Various coffee and juice options at breakfast (espresso, capuccino, etc.)... Soda, beer, wine throughout the day.

You also get the opportunity to do the sunrise safari at AK park, as well as a deep discount on the sunset safari at AKL.

Personally, the free food and drink beats the pants off a souped-up parking lot view at BLT for comparable points

I wouldn't consider concierge as a deciding factor on where to buy. There are only a few units and the views aren't very good. We have been on the 11 month waiting list since January.

There are a total of five two bedroom lockoffs (or a combination of five studios and five one bedroom villas) on the sixth floor of Jambo House (the original AKL). Three have a savanna view of the Sunset Savanna, two have a pool view. Some are handicapped accessible. And like disneynutz stated, the views are not that good. There are no other concierge villas in all of DVC.

You get daily full cleaning and turn down service as well as access to the Concierge lounge which is also located on the sixth floor - which is why these even exist. If DVC hadn't taken these rooms (and it probably was part of the deal DVC made with Disney Resorts), there wouldn't have been any DVC concierge villa at all.
