Ok.. so I keep hearing the best time to see the animals is early in the morning. My next trip though, I want it to be relaxing and what not. So we probably wont get to the parks before 10 am....
what time then do you suggest to go to Kilimanjaro Safaris

I always ride at the end of the day and do it continuously! I have gotten some fabulous pictures over the years.

I agree ... go later in the day. During the hottest parts of the day, the animals all head for the shade and sleep. But later in the afternoon they start to come out to "snack" and you'll have a better chance of getting some great pictures.

We are planning to go to WDW in November, and AK will close at 5pm every day. I guess that makes the last safari ride at 4:30pm. Does that still count for "late in the day"? Or do you think many of the animals would still be napping, since it is actually "late in the afternoon"? Maybe early morning would be better?

Thank you.
