Am I the only one or does anyone else get a creepy Jurassic Park feeling when they ride this? Don't get me wrong--I love the ride and have done it several times. But when I first board the car, I just have that little second when I think--what if the cars break down and the T-Rex comes after me?

not really but this just reminded me of something that happened on our last trip.

there were two very active kids in the row before us and I think they must of just come off of dinosaur because the little girl said - daddy are there any T-rexes on this ride. And the daddy (meanie) said - yup. she asked what side are they on? and he said - your side -and she just said Oh Man!

it was too cute!

We just went there a few weeks ago and we were at the AK for the first time. When we were on the safari ride, I did mention to my husband that I felt like I was at Jurassic Park, waiting to see the dinosaurs! So, you're not the only one!

Occasionally, if you ride KS in the mid-afternoon the animals will be asleep and out of sight. Invariably one of my family members will quote from JP..."do you think there are actually going to be animals (dinosaurs) on the animal (dinosaur) tour?"
