They had Boulevard of Broken Dreams on one of them, plus My Immortal. Those songs are meant for teens and up, not for kids. Period.

well i mean it's for kids and the songs are edited so it's appropriate for younger children.

anyways...I agree with everyone what is the point? If you want kid-friendly, buy an edited version? And some of those songs make no sense if you try and make them kid-friendly...

KidzBOP never made sense to me ever since the beginning. It always irritated me when the commercials came on and the kids were jumping around and screwing up the music. It just made me sad-ish.

luckily, i don't get these commercials alot.
they should be shot.
there are tons of infomarcials that i wish would just go.

I don't think a song should be butchered, cut up, edited, or anything just to appease one crowd. If it wasn't meant to be heard by a kid, there's no point in editing it. That's why I'm so against the explicit lyrics stickers and clean versions. I don't think there's a point, it's blunt censorship.

When those stickers came out, Tommy Lee told Nikki Sixx (the main writer in Motley Crue) and Nikki freaked out. He wanted a sticker on every one of their CDs. He thought it was a fantastic idea. He said record sells would boost from disgruntled teenagers buying the CD just because of that little black sticker. To this day he still loves them. And record sells DID boost from them.

My sister actually paid for a kidz bop cd. She blares it all the time... They should at least pick kids that sound remotely close to the artist... i just dont get it...
