Kids Thread for April 23, 2005 Western

Hey all, as you probably saw on our original thread, I thought it might be fun to make a thread for all the kids who are sailing so that they could get to know each other before the cruise. I know my DD9 will love it. One suggestion for all of the adults, lets refrain from posting here so the kids have it all to themselves. Hi! I'm Megan and I'm 9 yrs old and in 4th grade. This will be my 2nd Disney Cruise and I can't wait!!!!! I plan on participating in the kids club as much as possible so hopefully we can meet and hangout! I think it will be fun to get to know each other before we go! I am looking forward to talking to you all!

Hi my name is Christopher and I will be 11 years old when we go on the cruise. I have a bunch of friends going also. Thomas will also be 11, Heather is 10, Kaitlyn is 12 and Kimmie is 7. My brother is 15 and he will be there with his friends also. Hope to see everyone.

Hi - my Mom is typing this for me. I am John and I am 6 yrs old. I am in Kindergarten and I love learning to read. Are there any other 5 or 6 yr olds out there that are going on the cruise? I love to hangout in the Oceaneers Club so maybe I will see you there.

Hi everyone. This will be our first cruise. My name is Kevin and I am in 3rd grade and I will be 9 years old on the cruise. My brother James is in 5th grade and will be 11 years old by the cruise. We are really excited. Can anyone tell us about the kids clubs. CAN'T WAIT!!!

Hi Kevin- this is Megan. I went on a 4 day cruise 1 1/2 yrs ago and I LOVED the kids club. We did all sorts of fun things. We saw movies at night, did experiments in the lab, hungout with new friends, had lunch and sometimes dinner together. The counselors were awesome and they always had a lot of things for us to do. You'll love it! Megan

Hi everybody. I am Sean and I am in Kindergarten too. I like school and I love Disney World and Disney cruise. I hope I will meet some new friends. I am 5 years old and my sister is coming too. She is a baby, she will be 1 yr when we go. I hope we will have fun!

hey this is emilie and mikayla,
we are cousins coming from NJ on this cruise.....we are 11 and 12 years of age.....i emilie am i popwarner cheerleader and gymnast also in 2003 i was a national champion!!!!!!now mikayla on the other hand is a very successful swimmer and basketball player and loves the yankees to death...we have sailed on this cruise be4 and believe us it is tonnnns of fun!

My name is Maribeth and I am 8 years old. I do not have any sisters, but I do have a brother who is 11. I like to play basketball and play in the water. I think it would be neat to try cheerleading. I am looking forward to eating all of the Mickey Ice Cream Bars that I can!!! It will be alot of fun on the cruise, and I hope that I can meet some of you girls when we go on the cruise.

What is your favorite thing about Disney or the Cruise???

My favorite thing about Disney is Test Track at Epcot and Star Tours at MGM.

Kevin - Castaway Cay is REALLY cool! The Kids Club is set up on Castaway Cay and we have water fun and games and digging for fossils. If you are hanging with your parents you can go snorkeling, play in the water, it's a great beach! They have a really good lunch to - it's a bar-b-cue! You won't want to leave!
