Does anyone have any advice on kid's suites in or around Anaheim area. We are coming in for 5 days to DLH, but are extending our stay for 2 add'l nights and are looking for particulary a kid's suite. I have already checked HOJO, and they have no avail. Can anyone recommended any and tell me why their great, or even more so, what to stay away from.

Thanks,

Rachel

Try Portofino Inns & Suites. We will be staying in their kids suite in 4 days. Same set up as HOJOs, but a little further walk (15 min).

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Maingate kids suite which has a bedroom with two queens and a little bedroom with bunkbeds and then you can either get it with one bathroom or for $10 more get it with two bathrooms. We've stayed here twice and they have great rates! Not the greatest hotel in the world but the kids love it and we love the price :)

We stayed at the Hyatt in a kids suite. It was 2 rooms with a king bed in one room and bunk beds and a kid size table and chairs in the 2nd room. Both rooms had a tv, and there was only one door to the corridor from the king bed room. The bathroom was off the kids room. When we stayed there, the Hyatt was having a suites on sale promotion that was accessible when you went to the hotel homepage, not the general Hyatt homepage.

The Hyatt is a little further away, but it has its own free shuttle to and from the park that runs every half hour. The earliest shuttle got us there just at open - if we stay at the HoJo, we usually get there half an hour before open so that was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise we liked it quite a bit. They have 2 pools and a starbucks in the lobby.

Carousel Inn and Suites has kids suites. We stayed in one last year. They do tend to book up quickly because the hotel is right across the street from the disneyland entrance. Good Luck!

We've stayed there as well, 9/07 ~ we liked it well enough to stay there again sometime (maybe) ~ we had 3 adults, 2 kids and a baby in the room.
