We are going to the world the week after thanksgiving! Our daughters do not know yet (ages 6 and 2). Of course they want everything they see when we go (so do I!!!). The last 2 times we went it was a "morning of" surprise. This time we are telling them 6 months in advance. Over the summer they will be able to earn disney money - I thought these were cute for them to out their "cash stash" in. I realize the 2 year old wont "get" but she wants to be JUST like her bb sister! Just used old jars and scrapbook stickers Where do your kiddos keep their "disney money"?

We have many ways of saving... one in particular is a gumball machine. It's got two dispensers, .25 each. Anyone who visits adds a few coins to the "Disney/therapy fund".

And I have the keys.... just sayin'....

Those are super cute! I do like the idea of a clear bank, I think seeing it would make her more excited about saving. I know I love to count my gift cards and money I have stashed away for the trip

DD has a Tiki Mickey bank - I got it for myself before she was even born. We leave change around the house so she can find it and it goes straight into her bank. She also has a coconut from the Spirit of Aloha show - bills go in that one because they get stuck in the Mickey

A few years ago I found Mickey and Minnie clear plastic banks at Walgreens. Each was filled with Easter basket items. They are about 15" tall with the ears on. It's just like plastic pickle jar, but the screw on ears made it. We drop change in whenever we find some.

DS3 gets very excited about every penny on the ground. He's been adding to it since he was big enough to manipulate the coin into the slot (with guidance). He calls it "Mickey Money"
