This was posted on the Cruise board a while ago: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2804251. It wasn't advertised on DCL's website but you could book it if you knew the code.

We booked the Feb. 26 cruise and are now trying to figure out a hotel for a few days before the cruise. We plan to visit DL for 3 days. I've got lots to learn as I haven't been to DL since 1993! I can't wait to see it again.

Won't work for us this year - has to be paid in full by 11/22 for Feb date *right before our DLR visit and 12/22 for March sail date *right before C-mas. This same promo was available earlier this year and we almost did it but I got married instead I hope it's available for early 2013 *hopefully by then *well long before then* DH is working *he's a Brit and my goodness this Visa thing is taking a while ~ once he's working, dang - life should be good *financially.
