Kid's races

Hello everyone!

My husband and I are running the WDW Half Marathon in January, and I have signed our daughter up for the 100m race on the Friday (she will be 1). We do not arrive (from the UK) until Thursday late afternoon, and I wondered if it would be allowed that we pick up our daughter's race packet on the morning of her race (Friday) and not on the Thursday as it suggested when we registered. I'm not sure we'll make it otherwise!

Looking forward to hearing if anyone has any experience of this. Also, any information on the kid's races themselves - they look like fun, have your kids enjoyed them?!

In the past this was possible... Disney has changed a couple expo/packet pickup details for the last race or two. It may be worth emailling runDisney

My DD is running the kids race on Thursday and the expo doesn't open until then, so we will be doing same day pickup obviously. I don't know for sure, but I think you should be fine as long as you allow plenty of time to go pick up everything before heading over to where the kids races are held. If you do email them, please post their response back so we can all know what thy say

I do know they had same day packet pick-up for the kids races and 5k at the ToT 10-miler last weekend.
