I found a website that had this to say about their Camp Dolphin:

For adult "alone" time, the Dolphin and Swan offer year-round summer camps for children ages 3 to 12. After a day in the theme parks, children can join others their age at CAMP SWAN from 4pm-midnight or at CAMP DOLPHIN from 6pm-11pm. Hours of operations are extended based on need during peak "family" seasons such as spring break and summer. The camps offer supervised activities such as T-shirt painting, storybook weaving and tile art as well as listening to music and reading books.
At Camp Swan there are separate television and nap rooms, and campers may order dinner from room service with menus pre-approved by their parents. The resort staffs the camp with two supervisors for every 15 children. Individualized theme parties can be arranged for special occasions and groups.
Several options are available for young guests at CAMP DOLPHIN from the five-hour "Dolphin Dinner Club," which includes arts and crafts, dinner and dessert in a Dolphin's restaurant, gameroom tokens and a movie--to an eight-hour, supervised trip to one of three Disney theme parks. Supervisors are HRS certified counselors.

When lunch rolls around, children have another entertaining surprise at the Dolphin's poolside Cabana Bar & Grill when they order the "lunch in a bucket." Youngsters get a special souvenir and a colorful plastic bucket and shovel that are perfect for use at the beach or in the pool. At the Swan's Splash Grill, the entire family can enjoy a poolside dinner and watch a movie or cartoon in the evening. Kids are served meals in a "take home" boat of frisbee.

Children ages three and under eat for free and children ages 3 to 12 can select from special children's menus at all 11 restaurants at the Dolphin and Swan including the Dolphin Fountain with its entertaining dancers and homemade ice cream to Gulliver's Grill with its fantasy land of "tiny people and giants."

For dessert, parents can enroll their children in the hour-long "LE PETITE CHEF" program at the Walt Disney World Swan, where youngsters lend a hand to help the bakery chefs whip up a batch of delicious cookies. Sampling the final product is encouraged!

Anyone stay at the Swan/Dolphin and know if all or some of these programs for the kids are still available? DH and I will be eating at Shulas and plan to take advantage of the 2 hrs. free Camp Dolphin for the 3 kids just by showing our receipt.

The LE PETITE CHEF" program would be something my DD would love! The T-shirt painting, storybook weaving and tile art also sounds like fun.

I also saw on the Starwood Hotel website:

Westin Kids Club
Westin Kids Club® is designed to help families discover all the fun and exciting things a destination has to offer. Enjoy complimentary services, amenities, and meals all geared to the needs of our most special guests - kids!

At check-in, children 3-12 years old receive a Westin Kids Club draw-string bag chock full of great stuff, including a world map, make-your-own postcard kit with stencils and colored pencil set, and colorful bucket hat.
Families with infants will receive their own special draw-string bag containing useful items such as Band-Aids, anti-septic wipes, first aid ointment, socket covers, a night light, and a fun toy.
Our on-site Westin Kids Club program features a fun and informative Discovery Room. When kids come to the Discovery Room they'll be given a Discovery Pack filled with everything they need to truly discover the destination: compass, membership bracelet, disposable camera, canteen, travel passport, and snack.
The Discovery Room is also the hub of all Westin Kids Club activities. It's outfitted with everything from a wall size map to National Geographic Kids® Magazines to games and movies.
Fun and educational activities will keep kids engaged and excited.
Kids, along with parents, can even go on off-site trips to experience activities like soaking up the culture at a museum or crafting with local art.
Anyone used the kids services at the Swan/Dolphin and can share their experiences? I may call the Swan directly, give them my reservation number and have them enroll my children!
