My friend and I just booked a week's vaca with our girls for a getaway in August, just before we go back to school.

We booked a condo at Summer Bay Resort for a great price!

My friend's kids have never been to SeaWorld or Aquatica. My daughter and I have platinum passes.

We priced tix for SeaWorld/ Aquatica for 2 adults and 2 children: my friend, her dd (15), dd (8) and dd (5). Tickets for the four of them was $489 on the SW website.

Even though we have accommodations, my friend booked a two night, kids play free pkg at the SW Fairfield Inn for $369! We may never use the room, but they got length of stay combo tix, plus access to the free QQ for three days!!!!

This is such an incredible deal!:banana::banana:

Can you do it without using the room? I have a condo booked but would love to use this deal. Also do the tickets have specific dates on them?

I did the same thing but with the Nickelodeon Resort and for October.
It was cheaper (like a lot cheaper) to get the room with tickets - $743
than it was to just get tickets - $980!!!

I double booked 1 night at the Nick Resort along with our regular resort for the week. The Nick seems to get bad reviews but we still get 1 day to go and check out the waterpark and do some character meets then we can head back to our resort if the Nick rooms are gross lol! It was a major win-win! We get discount tickets and we get to check out the Nick Resort!!!

I was able to print the tickets as soon as I paid. It says the tickets expire 14 days from first date of use. It is non-transferable. It Expires 12/29/2014. So theoretically you could hold onto the tickets and use them next year if you don't make it out to Sea World at all.

You can only get 1 free kid per paid adult. We have 4 kids and 4 adults so I just booked 1 room and then went back and booked a 2nd room so that all 4 of my kids got free Sea World and Aquatica length of stay tickets.

I have tried to post this deal but for some reason nobody understands what I am talking about. People keep trying to tell me that they will cancel the tickets if I don't stay in the room. I keep trying to say that I already paid in full for the room. I guess people think it is too good to be true or I am really bad at describing the deal.

Anyway. I totally agree with the OP. The Kids play free when you book a Room at a SeaWorld Resort is an AMAZING DEAL!

My friend was able to print e-tickets today when she booked the deal. Her reservation is for 8/12-14. Her tix are good for 14 consecutive days from first use.

She does plan to check-in to the hotel. She booked a SW hotel so that she could get the free quick queue. And in order to get the free quick queue, she will need to do that. Also, we are staying 15-20 minutes away from SW/ AQ so it will be nice to have access to the room to change clothes, shower or whatever.

She will only be able to get the quick queue for the days she is booked at the partner hotel so we plan to visit the parks those days.

We have stayed at partner hotels and they all seem to run the QQ a little differently. Just a word if you are planning o check in you will probably only be able to get QQ's for that day or the next. It's normally a daily trip to the concierge to pick up your QQ voucher which you then turn into a pass at the park. Enjoy your trips! Sounds like a great deal!! Hope they have it next year when we don't have platinum passes anymore!

Yes, last year we stayed at Springhill Suites and had to wait in line at the expedia counter to get our QQ vouchers. Then, we had to exchange the voucher for the QQ wristband at guest services.

Are the tickets tied to the room? If you don't check in, will your tickets be voided? I am actually staying at one of the partner hotels, so I will already be receiving QQ, but that hotel is sold out of these packages. If I book one night at one of the other ones, will I need to go to that hotel or not? I would rather not, but I was just wondering. Also do the tickets have a start date on them?

There is no start date. I really don't know if you MUST check-in. I assume you don't but I don't know for sure. We plan on checking in and getting room keys but most likely won't spend the night at the nick resort.

The Nick Hotel is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay there a couple years ago and I'd love to go back, but we have DVC and it never seems worthwhile.
