We used them. The woman we got was great. She showed up in a uniform (polo and khakis). She had the girls finish dinner. They colored for a bit while watching a movie (I told her to let them). I had them in their pjs when she came so it was easy for brushing teeth and bed. They went right to sleep. I told her she could use the bedroom ( we had a one bedroom at bcv) and watch tv or read but when we got home she was sitting at the kitchen table reading with a reading light. I kind of felt bad but I did offer her the other room.
All in all we would use them again if needed.
You could use the Kids Clubs at a Disney resort as well! We used the Neverland Club at the Polynesian resort almost two years ago and they were GREAT!!!! They kids loved it and I felt safe dropping them off to play, eat dinner, and watch a movie. They have comfy areas in case the kids fall asleep according to my 8 year old. My kids thought it was really fun and they are open from like 4 to midnight. There are other resorts that offer kids clubs too onsite, but we chose the Neverland based on great reviews and would use it again on future trips
I used them and loved the woman we had. I also used the fairy godmothers once, but my kids did not have a good experience. KNO was awesome, but this is going back almost 10 years. I haven't used them recently.
