Kid's Nite Out Share

Has anyone ever done a Kid's Nite Out Share and if so what is some tips and wondering whats the best way to do something like this? IS it even possible?

You misunderstand we are splitting with a family friend just trying to get advice on best way to complement everyone's needs and the kids still be happy.

I'm going to move this over to the Disney for Families Board. They are more likely to have input on how to make this work for you since your concerns are about meeting family needs and keeping the kids happy.
