Do most of the restaurants have kids menus? While making ADRs it was hard to determine what the kids will eat (11 and 8). We made reservations with the hopes that kids menus will be available.

thanks

Yes, most places do have children's menus. :) However, your junior child (the 11 year old) might have to order off of the adult menus (but sometimes CMs are understanding and will allow your junior to order off of the children's menu...as it is technically for ages 3-9 only). If you search on http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/disneydining.cfm, you will be able to find the menus of the restaurants that you are interested in, to include their children's menus.
Bon appetit!

Thanks, that's a great site to help give me an idea what they have for the kids. We made a reservation at San Angel (I think that's spelled right) but they do not seem to have anything good for my kids. My 8 year will not try mexican food yet.

Your 11-year old should be able to order off of most kids menus. I have heard of girls as old as 19 ordering off of kids menus :scared1:! Be aware that your 11-year old is a "Disney Adult" when it comes to buffets so you'll have to pay adult pricing for her if you book a character meal for your youngest.

We've found that many of Disney's restaurants will go beyond the menu to try to accommodate you.
They'll leave sauces off or anything else that might help. Have you checked the latest San Angel menu-no tacos, or other typical "American" Mexican food.

Technically true, but in practice, anyone of any age can order off the kid's menu when paying out of pocket at an a la carte restaurant. At buffets, you pay by age, regardless of what a person eats. On the dining plan, you will need to use an adult dining credit if a 10 year old or older orders off the kid's menu. But, if neither of these apply, ordering off the kid's menu by an 11 year old will not be an issue
