Kids Menu for Older Kids?

Do any of the restaurants allow you to order off the kids menu for kids older than 9 if you're paying OOP. Though my girls are 13 and 15, they far prefer the kids menu options than the adult options. For example, at Garden Grill they would want the chicken fingers and mac and cheese, not the flank steak and catfish. And they would definitely rather decorate their own cupcake than have some berry pastry puff for dessert. In fact, if chicken fingers are on the kids menu, they would want that at just about any restaurant we'd go to. Most of the adult menu items my kids just won't eat. Is this ever an option or is the "ages 3-9" pretty much written in stone?

At character meals and buffets (places with fixed pricing), they will pay adult prices regardless of what they actually eat but you can ask for a child's selection of food to be brought to your table. At buffets they are welcome to select items from the "kid's food" area.

At table service meals (those not with a fixed price), you can ask if they can order off the kid's menu.
