Kid's menu at Ohana?

The AllEars site says 'alternative children's selections available upon request'

Does anyone know what those selections are?

We were able to get pasta.

We never asked for the menu because my little one wanted chicken tenders and fries and that is what she got.

We were there in August and our children were offered:

hot dog
mac & cheese
chicken nuggets

and there may have been other selections but I don't recall them. I know the server was great about it though!
