We are working on planning our 4th trip to WDW for next fall(2007). Our son who is a picky eater will be 10. Now that the kids menus are age 3-9, are the yreally strict on older kids ordering off them? We know and have no problem with paying the adult price for buffets like Chef Mickey's, but if we go to say Le Cellier or Whispering Canyon will they let him order off the kids menu? If not, we will find something off the adult menu for as we will not lie about his age just so he can order off the kids menu. It's not about cost but about what he will be more likely to eat.

Thanks,

They're not all that strict: Disney tends to be very generous and lenient, except when past history has demonstrated that such generosity and leniency was overly-abused.

Worst-case scenario, they would charge an adult price for an adult ordering off the child menu, so since it isn't about the cost for you, you should have any problem, whatsoever. Have a great trip!

If they are close to the age range, you will probably get the kid's price. Older kids and adults will pay more than what is listed but they will usually get a little more food as well.
