Kids meals for kids over 9?

I was just curious because my daughter is 10. If we are paying out of pocket, can my daughter order off of the children' s menu or does she have to order from the regular menu since the kids one is technically from ages 3-9? Thanks in advance

My 14 year old ordered off the kids meal at Prime Time Cafe without the waitress questioning him at all.

I'm 50 and I order from the kids menu at Quick Service at least half my meals.
