Kids meal question

I was wondering about kids meals on the dining plan. For dinner at BOG can I substitute a different side on Mickey Check meals? And also they don't have desserts where the other kids meals do. Can I still get the kids dessert on the plan. Like just substitute the entree of a Mickey check meal for a regular kids meal? Or would I have to pay extra for it? And could I even pay extra for it because there is no price on the kids desserts menu.

You can definitely select from any of the kids drinks and kids desserts for the kids meal. The only reason the Mickey Check meals include the fruit cup for dessert is to meet the nutritional requirements to be called a Mickey Check meal. You would not need to pay extra to choose a different drink or dessert along with the meal.

Looks like all the kids meals come with seasonal vegetables for a side so I'm not confident that you could make a substitution for that. Never hurts to ask though.
