Kids Meal options for TS?

I was looking at some menus for my kids and most for TS restaurants seems to have a grilled chicken and fish and that's it, am I missing something?

I'm thinking of doing these for out TS dinners
Via Napoli (ok)
Crystal Palace (ok since buffet)
Hollywood and Vine (?)
The Wave (?)
Kona Cafe (?)
Coral Reef (?)

Yes, those are usually the complete Mickey meals.

For example, Kona has:

Mickey meals with grilled chicken or shrimp and a la carte items such as hot dogs, hamburgers, ravioli, fish of the day, grilled cheese, chicken nuggets and pb&j. For sides they have fries, carrots and celery sticks, mixed greens, garden salad, grapes, rice pilaf and chicken noodle soup.
