Kids meal on DDP...do they get a separate dessert like adults??

I'm still so confused with this dining plan, even though I *think* I have it straight!
When kids order a kids meal at a CS restaurant (which can have a cookie substituted instead of fruit), do they still get to pick a dessert off the regular menu too?

No. They have select "sides" including a cookie or fruit and they can choose 2 to go with their meal, but not an additional "adult dessert".

For example at CHH the choices are: grapes, carrot sticks, Applesauce, Cookie, French Fries

But if the CS doesn't have a kids menu, like Golden Oak Outpost, they DO get a dessert? In other words, their meal will be the same as ours since they don't have a kids menu? And when they take these off your dining plan, do they still have to mark it as a kids meal so that you're not out of credits for the adults sooner??

If there is not a kids menu, then they can order anything from the menu, including the dessert options. CS meals are not split by Kids/Adult meals like TS meals...they are grouped all together - the total will show at the bottom of your receipt after each transaction.
