Can anyone tell me what kind of cups the kids meals come with?

DD is a master of straws, but it has to be the right length to go with the cup and the cup needs to be sturdy.

Is it the same cup at all TSs? And then for CS? Or does it vary by park and then resort?

We are eating for sure at Cape May Cafe for breakfast and Flying Fish for dinner. I still plan on taking sippy cups for water during non-mealtimes, but just wondering how many.

Thanks!!!!

I think most of the places have the same cup. It is just a small paper cup and straw think the kids meal at like McDonalds. The only place that has something different in Animal Kingdom or AK Lodge b/c of the animals they have think paper straws but the kids have lids that look like coffee lids...my kids loved them and called them sippy cups.

I used to bring 1 or 2 empty sippy cups. I'd order milk or apple juice and just pour it into the empty sippy cup.

My DW keeps a pair of scissors in her purse that fold into themselves. We have used them over the years probably 50 times to cut down a too long straw at a restaurant for our children.

Anytime DD or DS got a cup they were all the same, the blue background with Mickey and Year of the Million Dreams 2008 on them. They had regular straws and lids. AK has paper straws and no lids (at least on the adult drinks). The kids just shared some of our meal (DD was more interested in getting some ice cream instead of eating a meal at the time) and drank some water so I don't know how the kids cups are there.

We took DD's regular cup with us as she can be particular about the cup she drinks out of at times. DS had his sippy cup.

Thanks for the replies. I was still going to take the empty cups, as I do when we're home. I also carry pre-cut straws of varying length just in case. I just wanted to see if they used paper cups or plastic. DD put her thumb through a styrofoam cup at a restaurant. And she still sometimes tips the cup with straw like she would tip back a sippy cup. So, if the opening is too big....

But this helped....Thanks!
