Kids in bars

This time I really really want to have a cocktail in DLP hotel bar. Which one would you recommend if I'll be taking my kids with me? Do all bars have kids cocktails, like DS1 had Buzz lightyear one.

All the bars have non alcoholic cocktails and do special children's ones

Where are you staying Isila? We loved the Cheyennes Red Garter Saloon as the atmosphere was great plus cocktail price goes in scale from about ¬8 at SF and Cheyenne to an eye watering ¬14 at DLH.
Does anyone know if the kids ones are dearer in the DLH as opposed to the SF?

We're staying in SL. I'd love to have a drink in DLH bar, but as I understand prices are way higher.

If you look down that page you've got the bar menu from Hotel New York so you can compare

And Béné covered the bar at the Sequoia last Jan so the prices might have gone up a few cts but it will give you a good idea

Meant to add that my prices might be gone up too. its almost 2 years since we did our little drinks in every bar expedition. Have a look at my May 2011 TR for our expert opinions on what we sampled. My cocktail at the DLH was fantastic.

Yep, you can go and wander round any of the hotels, eat or have a drink, wether you are staying there or not

lol....am such an idiot......I thought the prices were the same no matter which hotel you had them in.....oops! Still always a lovely treat to have a drink in the DLH! Too used to Dublin prices - everything seems cheap in comparison!

When we stayed at the DLH at Christmas time we loved sitting in the bar area and had some lovely snacks and hot chocolates.

We are wondering if we will be able to do this at the HNY where we are staying in March. Anyone know if its just drinks or can we also get light snacks here too?

No worries if not, it will just be an excuse to visit the lovely cafe fantasia when we get peckish
