Kids Goodie bags

We are taking my niece(8) and nephew(5) for their second trip to WDW in Oct. Last trip I bought them T-shirts,and Minnie, Mickey plush from the Disney store and autograph books.I had also made my niece a travel journal (thanks,DIS board) For this trip I got them lanyards (EE preview),a couple of extra pins,Minnie/Mickey baseball caps, Princess and Winnie the Pooh coloring books and disney crayons, Disney $$$'s, abunch of small dinosaur things for nephew and hair clips and ties for niece. (Both of my kids were married last year so I guess I am practicing for the grandchildren.) Any other ideas??? I also made travel journals again for both kids as my niece asked me to!!!

How about their own disposable camera. I love the pictures my kids took when they were small.

The above poster mentioned disposable cameras. They get my vote too!!

My kids love using the disposable water cameras at the water parks & the hotel pools. They are rather inexpensive at Target.

I love the disposable camera idea as well. Kids like taking pictures. I'm not sure if they are to old for them or not but the "light spinners" seem to always be a hit.

A few more suggestions.... Other then what was already mentioned I picked up the following for my kids (age 5 and 7 1/2)

The Disney Store is having it's Semi-Annual Sale and I got them each a pair of sun glasses, a fan, and a puzzle. I also saw they had spinning light things, but half of the ones in the bin didn't work so I wasn't sure how the remaining ones would hold up. And I got them each two cubies.

The Dollar Tree had Mickey and Princess pens. They were nice and big and had a string so they could wear them around their necks. I got those to go with the autograph books. The Pricess one had different color inks so your DN might like it to fill our her journal. If you don't have a Dollar Tree near you... in general large pens are a good idea for autographs... easier for the characters to hold.

I also put assorted Disney stickers and colored pencils. Like you I printed out a journal for my DD (7) but I also included word puzzles and coloring pages and I thought the colored pencils would fair better then crayons. For my 5 year old I did coloring pages and the Disney letter tracing pages as he is learing to write.

You could also include $5 in Disney money so they can buy a special treat down there. Although we all know in Disneyworld $5 doesn't get you much! LOL.

I was in Michael's a few weeks ago, and they had Disney themed magic ink books (the kind with the magic pen that makes the color appear). I picked up a bunch for our October trip.

I also got some good stuff in the Dollar Store. They had Disney stamps and pen/pencil sets.

I got my almost 6-year-old dd some Disney Polly Pocket-type dolls from Walmart. Walmart also had some light up Disney pens and some coloring books.

Oh, and I also saw Disney stuff from either Oriental Trading or Smalltoys.com. They had Disney Pez (princesses and Cars), and some other items.
