Oh, oh, I know the answer to this one!
DS went on a fishing excursion that left from WL when we stayed there last summer--he loved it! He caught six fish (they stock the fish, I believe, though could be wrong there) and the men who took out the kids (both boys and girls) were really great. The kids all got along quite well, according to the man in charge. It cost $28.75 and I'm planning on having him go again if he'd like in August (I'm sure he'll jump at the chance).
At POR, I know there is a fishing spot where you can rent a pole, etc., and stand on the pier to fish, but this is different than the fishing excursions (though that's probably fun, too).

and scoot down to the 'Junior Fishing Excursions' section.
It says that the trips are an hour long, but DS's trip was longer than that. The man said that he only starts the hour once they get to their fishing spot, and he didn't count time for drinks (which he brought along), and he doesn't leave until everyone's caught 'enough fish.'
