Have booked our park tickets through Attraction Tickets Direct, and they have thrown in a few bits like the kids eat free cards. Has any one used these? And if so for which restaurants?

Have looked on the website and found the list of restaurants that take these cards but only recognise a couple of them. As we have them figure we may as well use them atleast a couple of nights. Does any one have any recommendations? :)

I haven't used the kids eat free card but at 2yrs your DD will eat for free at the buffet type restaurants and most restaurants are happy to provide a plate for your DD to share.

We bought them last year and ended up not using them, I sold them for face value on ebay after we returned. Our two children were 3 and 4 on our last trip, and tbh they were either already asleep in their buggies when we went to eat having been fed earlier on. Or they shared off our plates, so there wasn't an opportunity to use them.

I can see them being great if you have got an older child of about 7 or 8 but for any younger I don't think they are worth buying, good job you got them free! :)

I know tony romas take them and rainforest cafe has just started.

We had one in 2009 but didn't use it. The places that take it tend to offer better deals for email sign up and you can't use a coupon and the kids eat free card.

eg village inn (nice breakfasts) and tony romas (ribs) do BOGOF meals if you sign up to their e clubs - so a bigger saving than a $5 free kids meal.

I should probably of said that l'm travelling with my in laws inc niece 9 and nephew 5, so it was with those in mind l was really thinking. Had already planned to do Rainforest Cafe, so that being included is a bonus.
As the cards are just a freebie l'm personally not too concerned about using them, just think it'd help the family of 4 save a little even if just used once or twice :)

We are in Florida at the moment and got 2 kids eat free cars from Orlando Attractions when buying our attraction tickets. We have used them three times - my two boys are 12 ( naughty i know) and 9. We used it at Mcdonalds, Cici's Pizzas and Sizzelers both at Lake Buena Vista Area. The 12 year ols wasnt too happy at getting a kids meal :rotfl2: but it was buffet style at both sizzlers and cicis. We haven't signed the cards so may ebay them on our return. :thumbsup2
