all of you here are really inspiring me.
I have an embroidery/sewing machine but dont know how to use it,lol dont ask.
so I guess I need to focus on learning how to sew so I that can make some of these awesome outfits for my girls for our ucoming trip.

hmmmmm where do I start......
maybe learning how to sew,hahahaha

I know what you mean! I fished out my machine yesterday and literally had to clean about 1/4" of dust off of it with the vaccum... and no I'm not joking!!! I guess I'll have to invest in having it cleaned and oiled. It's the kind that folds into a table that I've been using as a night stand for over three years, so that tells you how long it's been since I've opened it! But, I figure having it cleaned and serviced will cost much less than a new one... although a new embroidery machine does sound nice!

Good luck to you!

Does anyone know how to make sure rhinestones stay on clothing? I have a Bedazzler but realized I can't do rhinestones without the prongs around it. I saw at all the fabric stores rhinestones that you glue on. I keep thinking they'll fall right off. Any ideas how to keep them on clothing?

Hi Everyone,

My four year old LOVES Charlie and Lola has anyone seen any custom clothing with a Charlie and Lola theme ? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Blessed Be,
Tina

They make some that you iron on. I just bought some today to add to dd's RnRC shirt. I've never used them, so I don't know how they'll hold up.

I love the boys outfits. That is similar to what I do, I just don't do the mickey heads. They are super easy and quick compared to the overalls!

My son always wants to see Charlie and Lola when we are at disney! That would be a fun, cute pair of overalls. I might work on an outfit and I LOVE the faces of the world fabric, or whatever it might be called. If I had a girl I would be so broke! I spend enough with just a boy!

I've been thinking. Who needs the Lime Green Mickey Heads? We can identify each other by the wonderful outfits our kids or gkids are wearing!

I never tried to post a pic, but didn't know that you couldn't post if you didn't have a certin number of post. What do you have to do to be able to post picts. I have some minnie dot fabric comming and want to share my first creation with all you creative ladies when its done.

I have been blinging a boy's Pluto shirt for my DD (to make it more girly) and I have been using Jewel Glue by Delta. Not sure how well it will hold up but it does say to gentle machine or hand wash and AIR DRY. I think Aleene's makes one too.

Charlie and Lola would make great characters to meet and greet. I like Lola--she is small and very funny.:lmao:

I found these on ebay and I love them! Now my only problem is that I don't have a Cinderella outfit to match the shoes. Oh, does this ever end? DH is going to lock me up soon and throw away the laptop.

I just recently made a Cinderella outfit for my daughter. Those shoes would go perfectly with it... Here it is!

I was at The Children's Place today and found some dark wash ***sparkle*** denim flare jeans for girls sizes 6mos. - 4T. They were on clearance for just $7.99!!! These DARLING jeans are TOP quality and selling for the same price you'd pay at Walmart! I forgot to check if they had larger sizes, but I'm sure you can call your local TCP to find out.

These jeans are EXACTLY what I was looking for to embellish and put under a Tinkerbell twirl top I'm making for my baby girl. They just scream Disney!! Think pixie dust, diamonds for princesses. They just add that *extra special* disney touch to any outfit!

They look wonderful as is, and would look even better with ribbons, ric rac, applique, or ruffled flares...whatever you can dream up. I thought they'd be SUPER cute under the pillowcase dresses alot of you are working on.

I already have an outfit on order from her and I've heard her work is good. I'll check it out.

I ordered the Cinderella dress & the red minnie twirl, the one with the black pants. ( I think you mentioned a few pages back you had ordered this red dot twirl dress.) Can't wait to get them!! :woohoo:
