Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. I've been under the weather (take a look at my new add on to my signature and you'll see why!) and way behind now. Looks like everything that everyone has done has been beautiful as usual. This board moves so fast! Hope everyone is having a fantastic Christmas season. I think I ought to be on more now, all of my company has left and I ought to have a little more time now to myself. Talk to everyone soon!

I was just wondering if it could be reversible?

It has a button at the shoulder - but as long as it's on the inside sure it could - who ever made it was GREAT took me forever to find the stitching where he/she turned it!

OK, I want you all to please be honest. I think maybe I have been looking at this too long. Does it look like a Mickey head with a Santa hat on? I want to make sure before I make three more!

I promise my feelings will only be a little hurt if I need to start over.

My princess is sick Not looking too pretty today! She loves it though and she said "Daddy, that is sooooo pretty!" Made me smile.

NO VALENTINE STUFF!!! That means it's close and my "baby" will be 5!!! NO NO NO!

So sorry to have been MIA lately - between working 2 extra shifts last week for some spending and Christmas moolah, and sewing like a MAD woman, I haven't had time to keep up here. We leave Saturday and I'm nowhere near ready. ACK!

So, here's what I need opinions on. . . is the star and Tink too much? I thought it looked a little plain without, but can't decide if I like it or not. Or any other ideas? Let me know what you all think!!

Another shameless post. This is DD8 and DD4 (soon to be 5) visiting Santa today.Their shirts say " Dear Santa I Can Explain XOXO" and I found their pants at Target for $6.00. They got alot of attention for their outfits today (even from Santa) everyone thought I bought it as a set. Imagine the horror on DH's face when DD4 asked Santa for Butterscotch (the pony)

You NEED Butterscotch though! That is the all time coolest toy!!!!

Me & Minnie. I made my top, it was a pain & I never was completely satisfied witht he way it fit, but it worked for the day & I may tweak it a bit more in the spring.

Our babies must be pretty close in age. I was happy that Lydia was born in December, because that meant I had more time with her before she started school!

just wanted to show you all the fabulous no sew shirt I made for DH. We all loved it. He was so surprised by his party. He turned 40 this yr and his shirt has one big mickey on it with 40 tiny mickey heads.

Our first "major" snowstorm of the year and our furnace quit last night! And it's not that old, about 5 years. I'm freezing!!!!! I have a space heater plugged in to warm the living room and I even turned on the kitchen stove, but it's still so cold.

School's delayed 2 hours and it's about 25 degrees outside. Windchill in the teens. The kids played outside in the snow yesterday evening. They'll be very excited to see there's enough snow for sled riding. Here's a picture of them. DS is wearing a Mickey Mouse hat and gloves (trying to keep it a bit on topic):

This is so adorable! How excited your daughter must have been. I love when he characters give a little extra attention: it really gives the kid a chance to forget to be nervous.

So, my phone rings yesterday. I pick it up, and I hear, "I LOVE you!" It's Heather, the best sister in the world, calling. Now, anyone else, and I'd be like, "Ok, what is she going to want?" But, no, my sister just called to tell me that she loved me! How SWEET is that????? Of course, I got all teary. My husband just sat in the chair across from me and shook his head. His family isn't quite as close as we are!

Well, I just wanted to share that with my Disfamily!

Since he doesn't get as much internet time, here is the boy in his shirt. Megan demanded to wear hers to school and came home without the jingle bell! Oh well, there were like 30 in the package, I'll just have to do a better job sewing it on.
