No prego pics for me.

but......

A chinese adoption tradition is the "red couch" photo. This pic was taken the night before we left China. (Be aware at this point I had not slept in 2 weeks.:scared: And had not been able to use a curling iron  And DD was still not sure she liked me LOL)

ahhhhh that is the sweetest picture! I am sure she loves you now! How old is she in this pic.

Ok, I am done now...I feel better....gonna go eat some brownies to maintain my wonderful Pooh shape (it takes a lot to maintain my weight)

That's so funny, I'm fond of saying "it's not easy to maintain this girlish figure"

BUT I am going to stop maintaining and start reshaping this girlish figure at once. Making my costume it was easy to see just how much weight I've gained over the last year and I am DONE!!! Looking at my wedding pics (you know I thought I was fat then!!!) I wanna look like that again.
Maybe I should get through vacation first;)

All of the wedding photos are just fabulous, you all looked so pretty!!! I LOVE weddings. I had the most fun planning mine.
2CUTEKIDS...That is EXACTLY why I'm saving my tiara. You look so much like your mom too... both beautiful brides.

There is one pic you will never find. No cameras were allowed in my delivery rooms until the day we took the kids home, after I had a shower and put makeup on. NO cameras, NO (w/ a capital N-O) video cameras.
it pissed a lot of grandparents off but they were all there...did we really need to relive it in photos??? I told them they could put away the cameras or leave. I'm a witch, right?

Lovin' all the new creations everyone has done lately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's my wedding pics. I was fixing to turn 23 and he was already 23. Our wedding day was April 12, 1997.

Ok, you inspired me! Here's another red couch photo!
WELL - I guess I don't have it in photobucket. So here's our gotcha photo instead! This was the very first moment that we met our daughter. We were thrilled! She was preoccupied with the Mulan doll I had just given her, and trying to figure out how to get out of my arms so that she could go play on the slide!

To keep this on topic..........:goodvibes

Her first trip to meet the mouse: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Here's a picture of me in my cast. They weren't nearly as colorful way back then! That's our pretty mom next to me.
th_Meandmomoncarousel.jpg

Here's pics of my DD5 (she was 14 mos at the time) with a cast on her arm. She fell down the last few steps in our house. She was always tumbling down them and this time it was a nice, easy fall. She cried for a little bit and then took a nap. When she woke up, she was still fussy, so off to the ER we went. (It was a Saturday.) She broke both bones in the wrist.

Here's a siggy of mine from another board that has a red couch photo in it.

siggy-2-1.jpg

From left to right - family photo in Guangxi (our DD's province), DS & DD in Epcot two weeks after we got home from China, Red Couch photo, DS & DD looking out over a park in Guangxi province.

Well, I almost got our siggie pics back... a little more tweaking..

Mac was 18 months when he got his cast...he picked purple too!! We let him sleep w/ us cause we felt so bad...I had a black eye for 2 weeks from getting smacked repeatedly by his casted arm in the middle of the night, nothin' like waking up to the searing pain of being beat in the face w/ a cast.:headache:

Now back to fixing that siggie!!!:wizard:

Well I know i don't even make the popular list - never did in school so why should I try now??!? :lmao:

Here are two outfits that I completed the first was a seaworld outfit just for trick or treating there a couple of weekends ago - DD LOVED it and she got TONS of attention. The second is alteralls (is that even a wd??!) for our upcoming RCCL cruise, I just need to add a rhinestone anchor or sailboat on the front pocket.

And this one i am throwing in for good measure - just to show why I call my DD punky brewster every once in awhile - this ensemble is care bears patchwork skirt from voldemort and a wiggles t-shirt with monkey socks and pink and white sneakers! All she needed was the pigtails and punky brewster armband!

As we were entering the Civic Affairs building, there was all this ruckus going an with people inside, and they were calling our DD's name. When the guide figured out what was going on, she told us it was our DD's foster famliy that had come and waited hoping to meet us. I LOST IT! I was so glad to meet them. As we were leaving them, and walking down the hall to the meeting room, I just burst into tears and sobbed. The other couple that was with us and trying to remain calm and not be emotional said, "Gee, I won't be sticking with you guys! Thanks alot!" (they were kidding, of course). Luckily, I was able to pull myself together before they brought her in. Then it was our DS that lost it and became a blubbering mess. It was such an amazing time. And it was all over in just a few short minutes. Our DD was the only one that wasn't crying that day.

So my dd will not have to have surgery- well not yet anyway. We just have to watch it-the hernia- If is staying out and causing pain then we have to go in. Otherwise they don't want to do surgery until she is about 3. So that means about 2 years of waiting. But maybe it will heal itself in that time, he said it probably won't but you never know. So anyway we can relax for the time being and just keep an eye on it.

So you guys aren't the only ones posting preggo pics.... Sadly I think I weigh as much now as I did in the picture!! I lost the weight after DD but Not so much with DS!!

This was at our shower - I had DD one month later. She was delivered 3 weeks early by c-section.

And lastly - pics of my pg self - 37 weeks with twins - and the babies the day we left the hospital. I hate the pic of me holding them in the wheelchair because I was so swollen. They were 4#14oz and 4#8oz at birth.

OOOUCH T.! Heather use to smack me in the night, but thankfully she didn't have a cast on then!

Also, if you shrink your text size, you might be ok with your siggy.

Cute pictures, even the Punky Brewster one! Speaking of which, Heather's sister in law MET Punky Brewster!

You know, I wasn't in the IN crowd either, I suspect that many of us weren't... but I am a Leo and like attention, Which is why I posted GINORMOUS pictures of me on the board. It's not the best pic of B (the wedding photo) he waited till the day of the wedding to get his hair cut then freaked out cause his stylist had quit and someone else had to cut his hair... so he just had it trimmed, no layers no thinning GRRR but he wore it down b/c he thought that's what I would've wanted him to do.:rotfl: I've never told him that I wish'd he'd have worn it back- that was a terrible cut!! But I look good which is really all that matters.

Let's start our own in crowd. Everyone here is now OFFICIALLY :cool2:

I'll teach you all the secret handshake later.

Ok, Megan is sitting on my lap waiting not-so-patiently to play on Playhouse Disney and we scroll by your picture and she says, what is in there? Where? That woman? What is in there? I tell her those two babies! She says, two babies? Now she is laughing and rolling around on the floor saying, how did two babies get in there? I think she crackyed herself up!

OH, Steph...you're gonna have to have the talk:rotfl:
Just wait till you have to tell her how they get them OUT!!

We took pics just after both dds were born. But there was NO WAY I letting anyone near me with ANY sort of camera during delivery!!! That's just comletely out of the question.

I have a friend whose daughter was about 4 when she saw a bit of a TLC program on labor & delivery. She spent the next several months telling people that 'her mommy pushed her out of her belly'. :lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:
