So who helped me get the webpage all organized  ? I so appreciate the help. The pictures are now all organized into categories :cool1: But I did change the password (not because I'm a webmaster hog, but because I realized my personal information is in the account area and I really don't want the world to get all that information  ) Thank you again, and please everyone check it out.

That is too cute! Love the mom outfit too.

Is there one you can do with just knotting, or am I dreaming? Anybody have a link to a no-sew toulle (sp) skirt or a no-sew anything, for that matter?

Wow! You did a great job! I just have not been able to keep up with the thread this past week...hopefully I'll get back on track in the next couple of days. I peeked over at the photos and obviously I have missed quite a bit! Darn work is keeping me way too busy! Grrrr! :rotfl:

It is all stitched down, but not appliqued (the flower centers and the Mickey head is appliqued, though). I've encouraged the edges to fray. Once I am done, I will wash them again to make the edges get all frayed and funky. On YCMT.com, they call it decoupage, I believe.

Thank you for the great comments. I am anxious to get the back done and get them on my little princess with her Minnie bows in! Then, I only have to wait for November!!

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and son thought this was a really neat idea! Dh said, "She is really clever doing that!" I agree!

(Probably didn't hurt that you're pretty too!)

I need a bow seller, anyone know one?
I boughtt a very cheap sponge bob outfit for 2nd day at Universal and I want to dress it up a bit. I want 3inch or 3 1 /2 inch bows.

The snow white outfits are so cute and mommy looks soo cute. I sure you have great family pics... LOVE IT!

On overalls such as the adorable pair that Lazydazy8 did or jeans, how do you applique a design onto the leg? Do you have to unsew the seam? This has me puzzled and I'd love some help.

I rip open the seam between the legs then just sew it back up when done. If you are making small ones, infant size, some 2T or 3T's depending on where you get them have snaps, makes life so much easier. I spend more time usually opening the seam and removing the pocket (if I take it off) then sewing sometimes!

I didn't have to undo the seams. I wouldn't want to have to get them together again...

Depending where on the leg I was working, I scrunched up the jeans and went through the top/bibs or the bottom of the leg. It takes some manipulation, but it does work.

I've bought bows from mos*bows a few times and I love hers! I believe Maureen will do custom for you! She's wonderful. giggles*n*twirls made my DD's Minnie bows (custom) and I am very happy with them as well.

Thanks for the help. I'll try both ways and see which works better for me.

Loved this idea!
Tink 561- I think this is something you could do as well with your DD in all her customs- do adult clothes that are "inspired" by the outfits...I wore a red and white polka dot swing top with a black tank and white skirt for Laila's Minnie Mouse party...it was fun to have a little matching without wearing a twirly skirt or anything like that! The JoJo may be hard to pull off!!!

OLD NAVY is having big sales with lots of things to be Dinsey-fied, jeans for 4.97, tanks and tees and the cutest knit swing tops with big buttons and pockets- I got dark chocolate brown to make into an AK top with capris...adorable stuff and way cheap.

Looks like I'll be taking a trip to Portage to go to Joann's and Old Navy!
