Kids dinner meal plan question

I noticed many of the restaurants don't have an appetizer on the kid's menu. Do kids get to order an adult appetizer for the TS meal? I think SPoodles was one that did have starters on the kid's menu.

A lot of the menus are from last year or even earlier. There have been a lot of changes, specifically, adding child appetizers. So you may not encounter the situation at as many restaurants as you anticipate.
