Kids' Desserts - Applesauce?

On DDP, if the kids' meal comes with applesauce is that considered the dessert? It seemed that applesauce was included at some CS like Pecos Bill's.

I know that applesauce was included with the kids meal at Sunshine Seasons at The Land in Epcot, but the kids were also allowed a cookie for dessert. I don't know about other places. HTH!

my guess is that it may vary from place to place. i know that at pizzafaria in april, the applesauce was a dessert. however, we chose that as our dessert, if that makes sense. my DD got the quesidaiila, (sp?), mickey crackers and applesauce, as well as a drink.
