Kids' Clubs

Do you have to stay at certain resorts to use them? Or can anyone who is staying at a Disney resort use any of the clubs? The info I found on Disney.com is not very clear.

I believe you need to be a Disney resort guest , but can use any of the Kid's Clubs. We stayed at CR but put the kids in the Neverland Club which is at the Poly.

BTW, they loved it! When we went to picked them up they didn't want to leave. We're putting them in the Cub's Den at WL in Aug.

You do not have to be a guest. I live in Celebration and use the services often. Simba's and Cub's Den rock.
