Kids Clubs open while in Ports?

Just wondering...if we choose not to go ashore during a port stop, are the kids clubs still open with lots of activities, or does everything basically shut down on the ship while in port? Thanks Jo

They are open at all ports except at Castaway Cay where the clubs go ashore!

Yes, the clubs stay open during port days. You can check out the navigators to get an idea of what they have scheduled. Sorry I can't find the link now but it is on Barb's site.

Yes, the clubs are open while in port except for Castaway Cay which was already posted. You can go ashore and leave your kids in the clubs if you want. Our DD did not want to go to Key West or shopping in Cozumel so we left her in the club. Your pager will not work off the ship, so we just told the counselors we were leaving the ship and approximately what time we would return. We also let them know when we got back on board.
