kids clubs /baby sitting service

has anyone used the kids clubs if so where are they and is it a certain age and have they used the baby sitter service.

what did you think about the services and would you recommend it .

My DD and eldest DS have been to a number of the children's clubs.

Their favourite two are the Mouseketeer Club at the Grand Floridian and The Neverland Club at The Polynesian. The Mousketeer Club is only for GF guests or people dining at the GF, so you could make an ADR and have a child-free meal. Children from 4-12 are accepted. The Neverland Club is at the Polynesian and I'm not sure if this is just for Polynesian guests/diners or whether it is open to all. The theming inside is really, really clever and beautifully designed. They have also visited the Simba-themed club at AKL but weren't so keen.

They are open from late afternoon (5pm?) to Midnight and cost something like $10/hour (which includes a dinner buffet). There are lots of organised games and the CMs have always been great. Beepers are provided which mean you can be contacted if necessary, which is a really nice touch. You need to make a reservation in advance. Let me know if you have any other questions

My DDs have been to the Simba's Cubhouse at AKL. They loved it!

DH & I loved our meal in Jiko on our own

My DD did Simbas and The Neverland Club last year. She preferred the Neverland Club (mainly because they had a kids buffet!!) but she enjoyed both a lot. You get a pager which works all over the resort (if you want it) and the staff are really, really friendly. I would definately reccommend the kids clubs (my DD is notoriously hard to please and I was reluctant to try them at first but she rated them one of the best parts of her trip- doesnt say much for us parents really I guess!!).
