Kids, Clubs, and Drinks????

For those of you that have kids that seem to be in the clubs all day, what do you do about drinks (soda, etc)? Do you buy them the mug for the week so they don't have to sign anything to get drinks? How does that work?

My dd is in the clubs during MOST hours they are open. That being said, she doesn't drink pop so it's not an issue. She'd prefer water or milk. She even balks during Lab dinners because the only choice is punch.

BUT....if I *did* have a kid that wanted pop during Lab hours, I supposed I'd get the sticker put on his/her KTTW card. That way they could just show their KTTW card and not have to carry around a mug and try to remember where they left it (or which one is theirs)

If your child is in the clubs and does not have sign out permission the mug/stickers would do them no good because there would be no place in the clubs to get drinks. There are no available drinks in the clubs. I'm not sure if there is a water fountain or not.

I had the same question before our first cruise.

They don't have access to any soda places in the clubs. They do have a water fountain in the club/lab for them if they are thirsty, as well as a restroom. For those times they are away from the clubs (like the sports deck), they seem to work bathroom and drink breaks together, and use the public areas.

Even if they are up on the top deck (such as the scoop visits), they won't let the kids get sodas with a mug (or sticker, or paying for them with KTTW cards). I can understand that some kids wouldn't understand why Johnny has a coke and I can't, so they just avoid the whole thing.

they don't offer soda in the clubs, kids would be bouncing off the walls, LOL
I personally dont allow my kids soda unless it is dinner time, water and juice is fine with me...
