Kids Club/Pager questions

First question, will the OC counselors take pics of my kids with disposable cameras if I bring them in labeled, or is that something they just don't have time to do?

Second question, regarding the pagers, can only counselors send out pages on these? To expain that further, we are traveling with dd3 and ds6, along with my mom. If dh and I go out and about on the ship after everyone else turns in (they all turn in EARLY, lol) and my mom needed us, would she be able to use our kids club pager to get in touch with us?

We cruise five weeks from tomorrow, and we are all getting VERY excited!!! (first Disney cruise for all of us, first cruise of any kind for my kids and my mom!!)

The couselors can not take pictures of your children, because that everyone would ask and they wouldn't be able to watch the children. You are welcome to come in at any time and take pictures though. Also, the pagers are only used by the counslors in the clubs (meaning they are the only one who can send pages). I don't know if your mother needed you, if she'd be able to call the clubs and have them page you, if your kids have checked out of the clubs, I doubt it.

I sneaked into the clubs several times to get photos while DS5 was playing and he never even knew I was there - until he saw the pictures. You are welcome to go into the clubs most of the time to "check-up" on your children. Last cruise it was me that needed the peace of mind that he was safe. On the next cruise, I will not check in as often but will take pictures on occasion. - Mike

They did page my husband but is was a sort of emergency. It was time to set sail and for some reason his card did not register that he had made it on board. He had gone up for a stroll on deck and I was in the cabin when the bridge called. I said that yes, I was pretty sure he was on board but I started to panic. I called the kids club and asked them to send a page requesting that he return to the cabin immediately. I don't remember if they asked the reason or not. They sent the page right away.

Have you thought of getting some two way radios to keep in touch?
