I'm sailing in August with my 13 year old and 10 year old sons, Will my 10 year old be able to go into the tween club with my other son?

He might be able too. If there is space you can sign a waiver for the 10 year old to go to Edge. They do not allow aging down at all though.

We were told on our Wish cruise in January that our 10 year old could stay at Edge with our tween if we signed a waiver and they stayed together.

We were just on the Treasure in January, and we signed a waiver and our 10 year old son was allowed in Edge. He enjoyed it much more than Oceaneer Club.

There is a waiver you can sign for your 10 year old but it is based on space. Our last sailing with a then 10 year old she was able to go to Edge, but this was before they changed the ages to Oceaneers as 3-10 instead of 3-12. So it is possible but not guaranteed.

No. The age restrictions are strictly enforced and both siblings won’t be allowed together in the same club except during Open House. Your 10 year old will be in Oceaneer’s club and your 13 year old will be in Edge.
While age limits are strict, both 10 and 13 year olds may be able to move to Edge and Vibe respectively as long as there is room on that specific sailing
